有機(jī)廢氣經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)處理之后，經(jīng)切換閥進(jìn)入蓄熱床，氣體逐漸被加熱后流進(jìn)燃燒室，在燃燒室800℃的溫度下，氧化分解成為二氧化碳和水。凈化后的高溫尾氣在通過(guò)另一陶瓷蓄熱床時(shí)會(huì)將熱量留在其中，使得另一蓄熱床得到加熱，凈化后的氣體得到降溫，使得出口溫度略高于RTO進(jìn)口溫度，通常情況下溫升最高不超過(guò)50-70℃。

After pre-treatment, the organic waste gas enters the heat storage bed through a switching valve, and the gas is gradually heated before flowing into the combustion chamber. At a temperature of 800 ℃ in the combustion chamber, it oxidizes and decomposes into carbon dioxide and water. The purified high-temperature exhaust gas will retain heat when passing through another ceramic heat storage bed, causing the other heat storage bed to be heated. The purified gas will be cooled, causing the outlet temperature to be slightly higher than the RTO inlet temperature. Generally, the maximum temperature rise does not exceed 50-70 ℃.
