1、脫硫除塵設備

1. Desulfurization and dust removal equipment

脫硫除塵器在對燃煤鍋爐脫硫方面，可以濕法除塵，濕法脫硫，也可以除塵脫硫一體化，適合應用于電站燃煤循環硫化床鍋爐除塵脫硫，也可應用燃煤鏈條鍋爐的濕法脫硫除塵和煙氣凈化，脫除二氧化硫效率高，尾氣凈化徹底，應用在爐窯行業脫除氟化氫和窯爐尾氣酸性廢氣凈化設備等。

In terms of desulfurization of coal-fired boilers, desulfurization and dust collectors can be used for wet dust removal, wet desulfurization, or integrated dust removal and desulfurization. 2、水膜除塵設備

水膜除塵器實質上就是一個濕法旋風除塵器，含塵氣體從簡體下部沿切線方向進入，形成旋轉運動，靠離心作用將粉塵分散到筒壁。筒壁有一層用噴嘴噴入筒內的水膜，分離出來的粉塵被筒壁上的水膜所吸附，然后隨水膜下流到筒體底部排出。凈化后的氣體從筒體上部排出。

The water film dust collector is essentially a wet cyclone dust collector, in which the dusty gas enters from the lower part of the cylinder along the tangential direction, forming a rotational motion, and dispersing the dust to the cylinder wall by centrifugal action. There is a layer of water film sprayed into the cylinder wall through a nozzle, and the separated dust is adsorbed by the water film on the cylinder wall and then flows down to the bottom of the cylinder to be discharged. The purified gas is discharged from the upper part of the cylinder.

3、脈沖除塵設備

脈沖除塵器是在袋式除塵器的基礎上改進的新型_脈沖除塵設備，提高了收塵效率、適應能力，延長了濾袋的使用壽命，小型脈沖除塵器可廣泛用于瀝青拌合樓破碎、磨機、烘干機、爐窯等粉塵及煙塵的收塵系統.

5. Wet dust removal equipment: It is a device that allows dusty gases to come into close contact with liquids (usually water), and uses the inertial collision of water droplets and particles or the sufficient mixing effect of water and dust, as well as other effects, to capture particles or increase or retain particles in a fixed container to achieve the separation effect of water and dust.
