The waste gas treatment equipment (catalytic combustion equipment) filters organic waste gas through high-efficiency filters and enters the honeycomb activated carbon adsorption module for adsorption and concentration. With the help of a catalyst, VOCs organic waste gas undergoes flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature (280-500 ℃), oxidizes and decomposes into carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving the purpose of waste gas treatment.

有機廢氣進入干式過濾器對顆粒物進行凈化處理后，再進入后部活性炭吸附箱中進行廢氣的吸附濃縮處理，催化燃燒設備定期對活性炭吸附濃縮后的廢氣進行高效催化處理，達標后的潔凈氣體通過15米煙囪高空排放。

The organic waste gas enters the dry filter to purify the particulate matter, and then enters the rear activated carbon adsorption box for adsorption and concentration of the waste gas. The catalytic combustion equipment regularly performs efficient catalytic treatment on the waste gas after adsorption and concentration of activated carbon, and the clean gas that meets the standard is discharged at a height of 15 meters through a chimney.

當活性炭箱吸附飽和之后，系統會自動對活性炭箱進行脫附處理，吸附飽和后的活性炭利用熱空氣進行脫附再生，脫附出的濃縮有機物被送往燃燒床通過與催化劑結合進行催化分解。

After the activated carbon box is saturated with adsorption, the system will automatically perform desorption treatment on the activated carbon box. The saturated activated carbon is desorbed and regenerated using hot air, and the desorbed concentrated organic matter is sent to the combustion bed for catalytic decomposition by combining with the catalyst.

在催化氧化爐內被加熱到250～300℃的有機廢氣在貴金屬催化劑的作用下發生無焰燃燒，有機廢氣被氧化分解成二氧化碳和水，達到廢氣處理的目的，廢氣處理后的潔凈氣體經煙囪達標排放。燃燒后的熱空氣通過高效換熱器進行降溫，降溫后的氣體部分排放，部分用于活性炭脫附再生以達到廢熱利用和節能的目的。

The organic waste gas heated to 250-300 ℃ in the catalytic oxidation furnace undergoes flameless combustion under the action of precious metal catalysts. The organic waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, achieving the purpose of waste gas treatment. The clean gas after waste gas treatment is discharged through the chimney to meet the standards. The hot air after combustion is cooled by an efficient heat exchanger, and some of the cooled gas is discharged, which is used for activated carbon desorption and regeneration to achieve waste heat utilization and energy conservation.

廢氣處理設備有機廢氣的綜合凈化效率在97%左右，對于機械化工、汽車涂裝、家具建材、印刷、食品等行業排放的低濃度、多成分、無回收價值的廢氣均有較好的處理效果。

The comprehensive purification efficiency of organic waste gas from waste gas treatment equipment is around 97%, and it has good treatment effects for low concentration, multi-component, and non recyclable waste gas emitted by industries such as mechanical engineering, automotive painting, furniture and building materials, printing, and food.

設備與RTO設備相類似，采用床式設計，蓄熱室底部填充陶瓷蓄熱體，催化劑填充在陶瓷蓄熱體與氧化室之間。

The equipment is similar to RTO equipment and adopts a bed design. The bottom of the regenerator is filled with ceramic heat storage material, and the catalyst is filled between the ceramic heat storage material and the oxidation chamber.

廢氣處理設備適用于連續性排放濃度較高的生產工藝廢氣處理，對于生產工藝中揮發的所有VOCS有機廢氣都可有效處理；RCO廢氣處理設備適用于間歇性的生產工況廢氣處理。另外需注意的是，腐蝕性廢氣在RTO、RCO中都不能處理。

The waste gas treatment equipment is suitable for continuous production process waste gas treatment with high emission concentration, and can effectively treat all volatile VOCS organic waste gases in the production process; RCO waste gas treatment equipment is suitable for intermittent production conditions.
