沸石轉輪主體為一個裝滿吸附劑的旋轉輪,其被劃分為3個區域,即吸附區、再生區和冷卻區。有機 廢氣經鼓風機引入吸附區,其中的有機污染物被吸附,氣體得到凈化排出。隨后,吸附劑轉動到再 生區,在與高溫空氣接觸的過程中,VOCS被脫附下來并隨再生空氣流出,同時吸附劑獲得再生。 再生后的吸附劑先經過冷卻區降溫,然后轉動到吸附區重新進行吸附。隨著轉輪的轉動,吸附劑周 期性地進行吸附、脫附和冷卻,實現對有機廢氣的凈化。
