沸石轉輪吸附濃縮裝置采用吸附-脫附-濃縮焚化三項連續程序,主要用于有機廢氣的治理; 特別適合于大風量,低濃度場合。該吸附裝置以陶瓷纖維為基材,做成蜂窩狀的大圓盤輪狀系統, 輪子表面涂覆疏水性沸石做吸附劑。沸石轉輪吸附濃縮裝置主要由廢氣預處理系統、分子篩轉輪濃 縮吸附系統、脫附系統、冷卻干燥系統和自動控制系統等組成。轉輪后一般有后處理系統。

沸石轉輪主體為一個裝滿吸附劑的旋轉輪,其被劃分為3個區域,即吸附區、再生區和冷卻區。有機 廢氣經鼓風機引入吸附區,其中的有機污染物被吸附,氣體得到凈化排出。隨后,吸附劑轉動到再 生區,在與高溫空氣接觸的過程中,VOCS被脫附下來并隨再生空氣流出,同時吸附劑獲得再生。 再生后的吸附劑先經過冷卻區降溫,然后轉動到吸附區重新進行吸附。隨著轉輪的轉動,吸附劑周 期性地進行吸附、脫附和冷卻,實現對有機廢氣的凈化。
